Soul Grain London Victoria, located conveniently within the bustling Victoria Station, has gained recognition as a coffee shop that successfully balances quality and convenience. Regulars like Lydia Ait-Amer praise the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting the 10/10 service as a consistent feature of their visits. The standout offering here is undoubtedly the coffee; patrons rave about its smooth and rich flavors, with many returning for their expertly crafted lattes. The food selection includes a variety of vegan and gluten-free options, catering to health-conscious commuters like Hayley Brailey, who appreciate the availability of nutritious choices on-the-go. However, some reviews note that while the hot food is satisfying, pastries can be hit or miss, with specific items like croissants receiving criticism for being overpriced. Despite the occasional shortcomings, many find the café to provide a welcome escape from the station's chaos, with Andy Kybett describing it as a "genuine life-saver." The accessible location and reasonable prices, particularly for the quality of offerings, make Soul Grain a worthy stop for both coffee lovers and those seeking a quick bite. Those near Victoria Station should certainly consider making this coffee shop part of their routine.

I go to this cafe quite regularly in the mornings. The staff are super friendly and polite. The service here is always 10/10. Food (hot) is good but the croissants are not great and extremely overpriced! Excellent coffee though. Overall, I give 4* because there is always room for improvement!
Super happy to be able to get some healthy on the go vegan and gluten free food at Victoria station. Anyone in my shoes knows convenience food is almost never available. Great service from the lady serving too.
Soul + Grain at Victoria Station isn’t somewhere I’d normally go out of my way for — but on more than one occasion, it’s been a genuine life-saver. It’s not trying to be anything fancy, and that’s part of the charm. Just simple, honest food, served quickly and with a smile. The few things I’ve had have been fresh, filling, and exactly what I needed at the time — nothing overcomplicated or trend-chasing, just solid and satisfying. The location itself manages to stay surprisingly calm given the bustle of the station. Staff have always come across as friendly and switched-on, which makes a difference when you’re in transit mode. They’ve clearly aimed for something a bit more thoughtful than your average train station fare, and to be fair — it works. It’s not a destination in itself, but it does what it sets out to do, and it does it reliably. Not somewhere I plan trips around, but when you need something quick, warm, and decent without the faff — it's well worth knowing about.
Soul + Grain, located within Victoria Station between platforms 1 and 7, is a hidden gem for commuters looking to start their day with a delightful cup of coffee and a quick bite. This coffee shop has nailed the art of balancing quality with convenience, making it a perfect choice for those on the go. The coffee is the real highlight here; their latte is smooth, rich, and creamy—perfectly crafted with just the right amount of espresso to get you energized without overwhelming bitterness. The prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially considering the high-traffic location, making it a fantastic value for quality coffee. Soul + Grain also shines with its pastry selection, which is impressively varied and fresh. Their almond croissant is a must-try; it's flaky, light, and filled with a deliciously rich almond paste that feels indulgent yet not overly sweet. From classic pastries to other baked goods, there's enough variety to keep you coming back for different flavors. With the convenient location, affordability, and quality offerings, Soul + Grain is a prime spot for a morning coffee run or a quick snack to fuel your commute. If you’re around Victoria Station, it's well worth a stop.
I've only been here twice - one of my colleagues recommended me a drink and I fell in love with it so, I had to come back! Both times I was served by Akhi - she was friendly, fast and helpful. I don't usually go coffee shops as I am big tea drinker but this matcha drink is definitely a favourite
